Security Deposit Policy/Disclosure: A security deposit equal to the full retail value of the rented jewelry is required prior to release of the item(s). The deposit will be fully refunded after the jewelry is returned on time and in its original condition, allowing for normal wear. Any applicable late fees, damage, repair, or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit before a refund is issued. Rental pricing varies by item and rental duration.

Damage, Loss & Late Return Policy: All rental jewelry remains the property of ShahiJewels. Renters are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear. Late returns will incur a fee of $20 per day per item until the jewelry is returned.

Delivery method: Jewelry may be picked up or shipped. Shipping fees and timelines will be discussed during confirmation. Return shipping is the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise stated.

Please avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Jewelry should be stored safely when not in use.
